Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our specialized recruitment team focused on commercial banking and wealth management professionals serving Texas-based banks with assets ranging from $3 billion to $85 billion. Training on recruitment principals, systems, sourcing and techniques will be provided to the successful candidate

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for Commercial Lenders, Relationship Managers, VP/SVP/EVP positions, Trust Officers, and Trust Specialists
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and build candidate pipelines
• Research and develop comprehensive candidate profiles using various sourcing tools
• Maintain accurate records in recruiting ATS/CRM system and support other recruiters with market research
• Build relationships with passive candidates through networking and referral development

Essential Requirements

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Willingness to pick up the phone and cold call potential candidates
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience: 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools
• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
