Commercial Banking & Wealth Management Recruitment

Position Overview
A unique opportunity where personality and enthusiasm means more than a piece of paper. We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our specialized recruitment team focused on commercial banking and wealth management professionals serving Texas-based banks with assets ranging from $3 billion to $85 billion. Training on recruitment principals, systems, sourcing and techniques will be provided to the successful candidate
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for Commercial Lenders, Relationship Managers, VP/SVP/EVP positions, Trust Officers, and Trust Specialists
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and build candidate pipelines
- Research and develop comprehensive candidate profiles using various sourcing tools
- Maintain accurate records in recruiting ATS/CRM system and support other recruiters with market research
- Build relationships with passive candidates through networking and referral development
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Willingness to pick up the phone and cold call potential candidates
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
