Our service levels differ for each client and situation. The needs of the client are discussed during the discovery phase and are mutually agreed prior to the assignment commencing. For an example of our service levels please click here.

We have a standard service agreement which can be sent to you to encompass the service
requirement that you have, or to cover all eventualities of potential service needs.

We only offer executive search, permanent recruitment and direct hire services.

All of our services are provided with a guarantee which reflects all the terms and conditions of
the service agreement in place.

Yes, please see a typical 10 week process timeline here. All timelines are discussed during the discovery phase and are mostly unique to your circumstances and the service levels agreed.


Some aspects of the process timeline can be shortened, but some are outside of both of our control. Transparency and efficiency of bi-directional communication are key to the agreed process timeline being achieved.

Job Candidate FAQ's

Zero. All charges for our services are covered in our service agreement with our client and are confidential. We urge you to NEVER pay an up-front personal fee for recruitment services.

Whilst some recruitment organizations demand exclusivity in representing you, we do not. Our services are only available to individuals who meet our internal requirements and criteria and are of common thought and culture. Part of those requirements is to always have a mutual respect and honesty between us. We respect that your employment journey may have multiple paths and we are aligned that a key component of that journey is for you to find the opportunity that your needs demand.

Honesty, commitment, transparency, availability and response. These factors are critical to the respect that we will have for each other and also safeguard and ensure that you are not double represented in the market. One of the key aspects that ensure a candidate is not moved forward in a process with a potential employer is that they have not been truthful with their recruiter regarding submissions and which recruiter they have selected to work with. Availability and response are key to the process to show commitment to a potential employer.

We do offer resume review and advice as part of our recruitment process, but we do not offer stand alone resume review services or resume writing.

We offer full support throughout the process including cultural alignment from our discussions, interview arrangements, pre-interview preparation, interview follow up and feedback, offer negotiations, potential current employer counter offer advice and understanding, resignation support, pre-employment conditional support, post-employment support and advice.
