Candidate Recruitment

Client Presentation
Present the qualified potential candidate to the client
- Marketing presentation of the technical qualifications of the candidate
- Presentation of previous achievements of the candidate relevant to the opportunity
- Candidate compensation requirements
- Candidate availability to interview
Interview and Negotiation
Liaise and coordinate interviews as applicable
- Prepare the candidate for the interview, specific to the method of interview(s)
- Present the candidate with a pre-interview pack
- Obtain post interview feedback from both candidate and client
- Advise client of final candidate compensation requirements
- Liaise and negotiate between the client and candidate to ensure the final offer is accepted
Pre Employment Support
Liaise with candidate and client HR as appropriate for the necessary pre-employment checks to facilitated and completed in a timely fashion
Post Employment Care
Follow up with the client and candidate at appropriate times to ensure the following;
- Candidate onboarding was completed as described
- The full first week employment onboarding was a positive experience
- The client is happy with all aspects regarding the performance of the candidate
- The candidate is happy that all aspects of the assignment discussed were accurate and the candidate is happy
Address any and all feedback in an urgent timescale to provide full resolution and satisfaction for all parties
